III. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Order Modifications:

Order Cancellations:

IV. HANDLING DELIVERY ISSUES
Missing or Damaged Items:
If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Please include the following with your claim request:

Important Note on Packaging Damage:
If the exterior packaging is compromised during transit but the product inside remains fully intact and functional, the item will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Tracking Shows "Delivered" but Not Received:
If your tracking information indicates successful delivery, yet you have not received the package:

First, directly contact the shipping carrier to open an investigation and file a claim.

Claims related to packages marked as delivered must be submitted to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date to be eligible for review.
